Stress affects us all in different ways.
There are different sorts of stress.
There are different sorts of people.
Some stress is good and energising, it helps us to grow and perform at increasingly progressive levels. It stretches us in a good way. Most people thrive on this sort of good stress. It is invigorating and empowering. It sometimes is called a flow state, you can achieve far more in this state than imaginable and you sometimes feel a buzz from the excitement of the achievements being made. It is an upward spiral of successful outcomes.
Often things start out this good way and gradually become an overwhelming stress that it none of the above.
It can be debilitating, disempowering, depressing.
As your coach I will help you to tease out all the bits that are good and sort out the bad bits so they are more manageable and within your control again. Reduce the large unmanageable tangle to small organised pieces and goals that are easily achieved.
