One of the services I offer is helping to giving up smoking. I have an interest in this as I am an ex-smoker myself, having smoked quite heavily for a number of years. I gave up many years ago (more than 20) and have never wanted to return to it.
Part of my nursing practice was health promotion and I always felt hypocritical asking people to give up smoking when I was a smoker, that is why I gave up.
I want to share the experience of feeling well, rediscovering that food tastes wonderful, saving money and not smelling of smoke most of the time.
I am able to offer you my clinical, coaching and life experience to empower you to quit smoking once and for all. I know how hard it is to do, I’ve done it.
Sometimes I dream I’ve started to smoke again and I wake up thinking ‘oh no I’ve got to give up again’
Think of it as the start of a new life where you will be healthier and in the long term you will have more money in your pocket.
As the NHS offer such a good service I offer support when this isn’t sufficient, a back up to give that extra bit of support.
Give me a ring or email me for more details.
